It’s a small little club with a rich history of many blues artists that are currently performing or have performed there. Dude to the small size, it feels quite intimate inside, with various drink specials to sip on while enjoying the rhythm of the night’s show.
The tables are close in providing a cozy atmosphere for you and your friends, along with the people sitting near by. With the music playing, its very easy to sit back and relax while striking up a conversation with the people around you. Due to it’s popularity, very common to find people all over the world ranging from music aficionados, to those that want to see music that invokes the spirit of Chicago.
Best part of the music (aside from it being live) is the artist or band are high energy and are not only pumping up the crowd but in many cases get the crowd involve with the creation of their musical story. With many restaurants nearby, it is a wonderful place to go after your meal, to listen to great live music and just take the load off, making it an excellent conclusion to your evening. Though just a heads up, there is a cover, but once you go inside, you will now paying the cover was worth it.
